Carol is a qualified, credentialed, and accredited Occupational Therapist specialising in Workplace Health, Safety and Wellbeing in Australia and internationally.

With a focus on establishing relationships with individuals and organisations, Carol aims to comprehensively understanding complex conflictual matters that require resolution. Carol is focused on providing an open, non-judgemental, enquiring approach with individuals and teams. Carol understands complex matters that arise within workplaces, unpacking situations leading to conflict and assisting parties to establish a strategy focusing on resolution.

Carol has also had extensive experienced in assisting organisations to establish and refine policies and practices as they relate to health, safety, and wellbeing.

Carol also has experience in establishing and delivering training programs for the purpose of individual coaching and team development. Her focus is on achieving positive culture within teams and organisations.

Carol holds an appointment as a restorative engagement facilitator with the National Indigenous Australians Agency.  Carol is also the Chair of the Geelong Professional Development Group of Resolution Institute.

Carol had been awarded the Presidents Award in recognition for her outstanding dedication, contribution and commitment to the Workplace Rehabilitation Industry.  Carol also invests in the learning of others through the Occupational Therapy Mentoring Program.
