Jeanette Kinahan is a qualified, credentialed, and accredited workplace health and wellbeing practitioner with over 30 years of diverse experience in Australia. Jeanette works without judgement and with kindness and compassion with individuals, teams, and organisations to resolve conflict, support health and wellbeing, and bring about improvement to systems and approaches.

Jeanette currently holds several formal appointments as a Restorative Engagement Facilitator including with the Australian Defence Abuse Scheme (from 2017) through the Office of the Commonwealth Ombudsman, the Victoria Police Redress Scheme (from 2021) and the Direct Personal Response (National Redress Scheme).

Volunteering is a hallmark of Jeanette’s personal and professional life. Jeanette has volunteered as a Community Member on several health service board committees and Ministerial health advisory committees and currently sits on the management committee of a regional literary festival. Jeanette has also served on the Board of a Disability Support Provider and the largest professional association for conflict resolvers in Australasia.
